I highly recommend Kaiya and this salon. After my first visit I was so impressed. First by their texts pre visit to make sure I had the information I needed to find their shop and knew my stylist. Once I arrived, I was cheerfully greeted and offered a menu of beverages to choose from. The shop itself is bright, beautiful, comfortable and clean. Kaiya immediately greeted me with a smile; she is so friendly, thorough in finding out what I was looking for in a haircut and let me know at each step what she was going to do. I felt like I was having a spa experience and came out of it with the beautiful cut and style that I was hoping for.

One of the best hair salons in Edmonton. I had not had my hair coloured in the past 4 months. I was in a desperate need of a colour and cut. Mackenzie was patient, explaining how she could achieve the colours and cut that I was looking for. She explained the blending process and achieved my desired colour. Super happy with my layered cut. Hala Salon is by far the best salon in the city. I’ve been with Aralyn forever and she is thoughtful, kind and in my opinion the best hairstylist I’ve ever had.

I’ve seen a few of her stylists at Hala now, who are all great. Recently I had an appointment with Kaiya and she will be my go-to moving forward. She is incredibly sweet and my hair turned out fantastic. She explained what she was doing thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable during the appointment.

I will always 100% recommend Aralyn and Hala Salon.

I first booked with Katie for a haircut, she was very friendly and kept communication going throughout my haircut to make sure I was comfortable. I then booked with her again to get highlights. She responded fast and consulted thoroughly. It was my first time getting my hair professionally done and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Katie suggested what she thought would look best, and again communicated the whole time as to what she was doing. The salon itself is very comfortable, amazing natural lighting, they offer you beverages with your service and the other stylists are very friendly as well. She was very courteous and offered to take my coat and provided me with a beverage menu. I saw Katie today and to say she slayed my hair would be an understatement. She asked enough questions to ensure she understood what I was asking for- and she came through. Keep up the amazing work girl!

I was also lucky enough to meet the owner of this absolutely STUNNING space. It’s bright and welcoming and if the sun is out, the vitamin D therapy comes at no extra cost and feels amazing.

Highly recommend visiting this talented group of gals!
